By booking services with Bubbles & Blooms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Booking & Payment

All Bloom Bar experiences must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event are non-refundable due to advance floral ordering, preparation, and staffing commitments.

In the event that Bubbles & Blooms must cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to hurricanes, severe weather, war, acts of God, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, clients will receive a full refund.

Flower Availability & Substitutions

Bubbles & Blooms will make every effort to source the specific flowers outlined in each Bloom Bar package. However, due to seasonality, availability, or supplier limitations, certain blooms may be substituted with similar flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall color palette and aesthetic.

Event Logistics & Venue Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue address, access instructions, and event timing. Bubbles & Blooms cannot be held responsible for delays, missed services, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete venue information.

Setup typically occurs approximately one hour prior to the scheduled event time unless otherwise arranged.

Guest Count & Additional Pricing

Packages include a specified number of guests as outlined at booking. Additional guest pricing applies for events exceeding the agreed guest count.

Liability

Bubbles & Blooms is not responsible for injuries, damages, or loss of personal property occurring during or after the event. Clients assume responsibility for the behavior of their guests.

Fresh flowers are natural products, and variations in appearance and longevity are expected.

Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Bubbles & Blooms reserves the right to photograph Bloom Bar setups and arrangements for marketing and promotional purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
